Buyer Responsibilities

  • Pay the full purchase price, applicable taxes (if any), and all transportation or delivery fees in full and on time.
  • Maintain your Maine Coon as an indoor-only cat at all times to ensure their safety, health, and longevity.
  • Provide consistent, high-quality care—including balanced nutrition, fresh water, regular grooming, preventive veterinary care, and daily affection and enrichment.
  • Schedule a comprehensive veterinary examination within 72 hours of receiving your kitten and provide a copy of the vet report upon our request. This exam is required to activate the health guarantee.
  • If your kitten is sold as a pet/companion (not for breeding), you agree to have them spayed or neutered between 12 and 18 months of age and provide proof of the procedure from your veterinarian.

Seller Commitments

  • All kittens are raised in our home environment, handled daily, and thoroughly socialized with people and household sounds.
  • Each kitten receives a full veterinary wellness exam prior to placement, is microchipped for permanent identification, and is current on age-appropriate core vaccinations (FVRCP) and deworming protocols.
  • Our breeding adults undergo annual echocardiograms by a board-certified cardiologist to screen for Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM) and are genetically tested for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA) and Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD). Only cats with clear results are used in our program.
  • Every kitten leaves with complete health records, vaccination history, microchip details, and a 12-month health guarantee covering life-threatening hereditary conditions directly linked to our breeding lines.

Rehoming & Ownership Conditions

  • Should you ever be unable to keep your Maine Coon for any reason, you must contact us immediately. We retain right of first refusal and must be given the opportunity to take the cat back or approve any new placement.
  • Under no circumstances may you sell, give away, surrender, or rehome your kitten to a shelter, rescue organization, or third party without our prior written consent. Violation of this clause voids all guarantees and may result in legal action.

Satisfaction & Returns

  • We offer a 30-day satisfaction period. If, within 30 days of receiving your kitten, you decide the placement is not working out, you may return the kitten in excellent health, with all original documentation, and we may issue a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping, delivery, or airline fees). Return transportation costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Health-related concerns beyond 30 days are addressed exclusively under our Health Guarantee, which requires veterinary diagnosis, documentation, and our review. Refunds or replacements are granted only when hereditary conditions are confirmed and meet guarantee criteria.

By completing your reservation or adoption, you confirm that you have read, fully understand, and voluntarily agree to abide by all terms outlined above. Your commitment ensures the lifelong well-being of your Maine Coon—and honors the care and integrity behind every kitten we place.
